My interest in healing and the human body started at a very young age. I recall giving family members foot rubs with almond oil and drawing pictures of people inside out, trying to imagine the physical structures of the human body.

I began my yogic studies in 2005 and have been a successful and vibrant yoga teacher since 2008. The extensive knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics learned from yoga transfers seamlessly into my massage and bodywork practice here in Tacoma, Wa.

My passionate curiosities about anatomy and alternative healing practices led me to Thailand several times where I studied and practiced the healing art of Traditional Thai Massage. My current focus of bodywork has been on Structural integration, studying and practicing with various bodywork masters in Tacoma, WA and the greater Pacific Northwest. 95% of my clients currently see me for Structural Integration which helps them find relief from chronic pain, and supports active lifestyles. I strive for each massage session to leave you feeling lighter, more open physically and emotionally, and ready to meet the world with enthusiasm and integrity.

As a father and partner, community wellness is important to me. In addition to my bodywork practice I also lead independent mens circles, youth mentorship programs, and was among the last group to be sanctioned by Elder Malidome Some as a cowry shell diviner. In these varied endeavors, I aim to help individuals build self-awareness, and feel empowered in their unique gifts that contribute to a healthier community. As well as, Relaxation therapies including: Thai yoga massage, Swedish massage, and Deep Tissue massage.
