This hour long session, designed for relaxation and decompression of the spine, starts with thorough foot and lower leg work followed by some simple hip openers and twists. A portion of your session will be spent upside down as I hold your body on my feet and take you though a full decompression of your spine using twists back bends and shoulder openers. The session ends with hand, neck, and face massage. This hour will literally fly by!

Zen Bodytherapy is a sequential 10 session treatment ideal for relieving chronic pain and stiffness. Each session focuses on a specific area of the body, and the following session builds upon the work of the previous session until the whole body has been cleared of aberrations. The treatment works with connective tissue. The ultimate goal is to align the body harmoniously with gravity, relieving chronic pain and discomfort.

Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage is only available for a two hour session.
Experience a combination of acupressure, gentle rocking and twisting, joint and spine mobilizations and assisted yoga stretches while fully clothed on a padded floor mat. The therapist guides your body through a unique relaxing, healing experience through weight, body leverage, gentle rocking and meditative rhythm instead of muscle manipulation by strength. Thai Massage can be enjoyed by all body types and ages.
